Juvenile Justice.
Skim some of the websites given below and come up with a substantial
issue regarding juvenile justice. Then read the relevant papers molre
carefully and find at least one argument on one side of this issue, and
one argument on the other side of the issue. Evaluate these arguments and
come to an overall conclusion based on those evaluations. Then write a
paper explaining your conclusion, why you think it's true, and why you
