Should the death penalty be abolished?
If you're in my critical thinking class, skim some of the websites given below and come up with at least one argument for the idea that the death penalty should be abolished, and one argument for the idea that the death penalty should not be abolished. Evaluate these arguments and come to an overall conclusion based on those evaluations. Then write a paper explaining your conclusion, why you think it's true, and why you think the argument against it is no good. (For more instructions, see odyssey.htm.)
